I’m not the only dentist in town, but I do offer a very unique dental experience. My approach to marketing and branding has just been telling my story. I let that patient know who I am before they even step foot in our doors. My audience started with my friends and family, and then I created a Facebook business page. From there, I started to record more videos and that really struck a chord with people. As those videos started going out on Facebook, they naturally shared them with their friends and that is how I gained momentum with this office. People who had watched my story, followed the transformation of the space and had gotten to know who I was not just as a dentist but as a person. I think that has been the single most important factor of our success in a saturated market.
