If you have misplaced your debit card, you can temporarily turn it off to help prevent unauthorized card transactions. When you find it, you can easily turn it back on. Sign on to Wells Fargo Online® or log into the Wells Fargo Mobile® app to access Card Controls.
If you think your debit card has been lost or stolen, or if it’s not functioning, you can order a replacement card online, from the Wells Fargo Mobile app, or by calling us. For personal cards, call 1-800-869-3557. For business cards, call 1-800-225-5935.
