How to get started
To use the Touch ID® or Face ID® features on your iOS device or the biometric features on your AndroidTM phone to sign on to the mobile app, download the latest version from the Apple® App Store® or Google PlayTM.
Touch ID® — After registering your fingerprint on your iOS device, open the app. Follow the instructions to enable Touch ID. Enjoy the ease of signing on just by touching the sensor button on your device.
Face ID® — Register your face on your supported iOS device and open the app. Follow the instructions to enable Face ID and enjoy the ease of signing on just by looking at your device.
Android™ biometric sign-on — After registering your fingerprint, face, or other biometric method on your Android device, open the app. Follow the instructions to enable biometric sign-on and enjoy the ease of signing on just by touching the fingerprint sensor or by looking at your device.

Certain devices are eligible to enable fingerprint sign-on. If you store multiple fingerprints on your device, including those of additional persons, those persons will also be able to access your Wells Fargo Mobile® app via fingerprint when fingerprint is enabled. Only select devices are eligible to enable sign-on with facial recognition. If you have an identical twin, we recommend that you use username and password instead of facial recognition to sign on. Your mobile carrier’s message and data rates may apply.
