Talking ATMs provide voice instructions while customers perform their ATM transactions. The ATMs are equipped with audio jacks and deliver voice information privately through the user's earphone to prevent others from hearing the transaction.
The earphone symbol designates the location of the earphone jack. The universal earphone jack will accommodate all standard earphones.
Customers who do not already own a standard earphone can request one at any Wells Fargo branch or by calling the Wells Fargo Phone Bank at 1-800-869-3557. An earphone will be sent free of charge within five (5) business days.
ATM components, such as the cash dispenser, headphone jack and card reader, are labeled with Braille to identify their location.
