How it works
Request code
When you’re conducting online or mobile banking, we may sometimes prompt you to request an access code to perform certain transactions or access sensitive information.
Enter code
If available, you can receive your access code as an email message, SMS text message, a call on your phone, or a push notification to your Wells Fargo Mobile® app. You’ll be prompted to enter and submit your code.
Code approved
We’ll verify the code, and you can proceed with your transaction or request.
