What is PazeSM?
Paze is a convenient way to pay online offered by your participating financial institution(s). Your eligible cards are consolidated into a single wallet that you can use to check out online at participating businesses without entering usernames, passwords, or actual card numbers.

Which cards can I use with PazeSM?
Paze supports eligible debit and credit cards issued by participating banks and credit unions. More cards are frequently being added. You can check to see if your bank or credit union offers Paze by going to Paze.com.
Eligibility varies by financial institution. In general, Paze supports eligible consumer debit and credit cards held by customers who are in the U.S. and are at least 18 years of age with a social security number or tax identification number.
How can I sign up for PazeSM?
With Paze, you don’t need to sign up or download a new app. Just look for the Paze logo when you check out at a participating business or enter the email address you use with Wells Fargo.
Where can I use PazeSM?
You can use Paze at any participating online business. You can view the list of businesses that offer Paze on Paze.com.
How can I opt out of PazeSM?
You will be able to opt out of Paze after your eligible debit and credit cards from participating financial institutions have been made available in the wallet. If you have additional questions, call the number on the back of your card.
When will I be able to use PazeSM?
Paze will begin rolling out in late 2023 with general availability to eligible customers in 2024. You can go to Paze.com for the latest information.
Is there a fee to use PazeSM?
No, we do not charge a fee to use Paze. Your mobile carrier's message and data rates may apply.
Which financial institutions support PazeSM?
Currently, seven of the nation's largest financial institutions, including Wells Fargo, support Paze.
Do I still collect rewards points on my Wells Fargo credit cards when using PazeSM?
Paze does not impact the rewards program associated with your credit cards. Review your rewards program terms and conditions for more information.
Can I add cards from multiple financial institutions to my PazeSM wallet?
Yes, your Paze wallet can include cards from multiple participating banks and credit unions.
Can I use PazeSM for recurring payments or subscriptions?
Yes, you can use Paze at any supported business where you would use your debit or credit card.

Which email address should I use with PazeSM?
Paze uses the email address associated with your participating banks and credit unions. An email address can only be associated with one Paze wallet so, for the best experience, we recommend that you avoid using an email address that you share with someone else.
Where can I change the email used for my PazeSM account?
Paze uses the email address associated with your participating banks and credit unions. To change your email address, you'll need to update it in the Wells Fargo Mobile® app or through your Wells Fargo Online® account.
Why can’t I see all my debit and credit cards in PazeSM?
Not all banks and credit unions support Paze, and some debit and credit cards may not be eligible for Paze. Eligibility varies by financial institution. In general, Paze supports eligible consumer debit and credit cards held by customers who are in the U.S. and are at least 18 years of age with a social security number or tax identification number.
How do I add my Wells Fargo cards to my PazeSM wallet?
Your Paze wallet is created with recently used eligible debit and credit cards. If additional cards are eligible, you may be able to add them by visiting your digital wallet in the Wells Fargo Mobile® app. For security reasons, we may need you to provide additional verification to add your eligible cards.
How do I remove my Wells Fargo cards from my PazeSM wallet?
You can remove a card from your Paze wallet by visiting your digital wallet in the Wells Fargo Mobile® app or you may call Wells Fargo Online Customer Service at 1-800-956-4442. For security reasons, we may need you to provide additional verification to remove your eligible cards.
Can I rearrange the order of the cards in my PazeSM wallet?
You can set a default card which will always be displayed at the top of your Paze digital wallet. If you don't select a default card, the last card you used for Paze will automatically be displayed at the top.
Where can I manage my Wells Fargo cards that show up when I check out online?
You can add or remove cards to or from your Paze wallet by visiting your digital wallet in the Wells Fargo Mobile® app. For security reasons, we may need you to provide additional verification to manage your eligible cards.
Can I set a default card for PazeSM?
Yes, you can change your default card when checking out with Paze. Open the dropdown next to the card, select a card, then check the 'Set default' box.
How do I manage my PazeSM shipping addresses?
During checkout, you can select from addresses already in your address book, add a new address, or edit an existing address.
Can I disable PazeSM at selected businesses?
When making a purchase at a participating business, you can choose a different payment option at any time.
How secure is PazeSM?
Paze replaces your 16-digit card number with a unique number to make your transactions more secure than manually entering your card details.
Why am I seeing PazeSM at checkout?
When you type your email address in a participating business's guest checkout experience, Paze may recognize your email and launch automatically.
